We are Greek – Americans originating from this magical island we call home. Our educational studies in Business, Art, Psychology and Tourism along with our love for travel brought us to making this lovely hotel, fulfilling our dream of returning to Kefalonia, a place we have strongly bonded with and have created the most memorable summer holidays.
Today, as owners and creators of the Princess, we continue to create memorable holidays with each of you who visit us, in a warm and friendly environment, one can call home away from home.
We are proud to announce that for the first time, we are producing our very own Supreme Quality, Extra Virgin Olive oil of limited production and we offer it to you with love, as it is dedicated to our beloved father, Peter Sclavounos, who established our family Gallini Estates
